2. AI Content & Generation

WebsApp provides tools powered by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated code and content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any output before production use.
• The quality of generation is dependent on the clarity and detail of your prompts.

3. Credit System & Subscriptions

Access to certain features requires a subscription or the expenditure of "AI Credits." Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify credit costs or subscription tiers with reasonable notice.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original prompts you provide. WebsApp grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the generated output. However, the underlying AI models, architectural logic, and platform interface remain the exclusive property of WebsApp Solutions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party. Automated scraping or reverse engineering of the Service is strictly prohibited.
